Your experiences, sacrifices and successes should not only be heard, but also respected by your representatives. As your Council Member, I will work to build a more sincere connection with the residents and businesses of Ward 3 by increasing access, openness, transparency, and community engagement. I will ensure that your voice has priority during the creation and implementation of policy.
Building stronger neighborhoods through community empowerment and city engagement is one of my top priorities. I will work to increase the number of neighborhood associations and community groups as well as encourage diversity of membership. I will work to strengthen these groups through providing tools for success and meaningful communication with the Ward 3 office in order to amplify your voice at City Hall and beyond.
As a small business owner, parent, and long-time resident of Ward 3, I believe businesses, families, and communities must prosper alongside each other and not at the expense of each other. As your City Council representative I will bring a balanced approach to strengthening our economy, advancing public safety, and protecting our neighborhoods and environment.
